- Usage data — Data collected automatically by the Service or its hosting infrastructure, such as pages visited and time of visit.
- Cookies — Small files placed on your device by a website.
- Service provider — A third party that processes data on our behalf.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject and message you submit. We also receive standard usage data from our hosting provider, such as request logs.
Tools used on this site
- Web3Forms — processes contact form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
- Our hosting provider — serves the site and keeps standard request logs.
No analytics or advertising tools are installed at present. Google Analytics 4 and Amazon Attribution are planned; a Meta Pixel only if Meta advertising runs. This page will name each tool before it is enabled, and none will be enabled while the legal review notice above remains.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to answer product and bulk order questions, and to keep the site secure and working.
Retention
Contact form correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a shorter period as set by our hosting provider.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above, and where required by law.
Purchases on Amazon
Orders are placed on Amazon, not here. Amazon collects and handles that data under its own privacy notice.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@hawkister.com and we will respond within one business day.
