What we're building
Who this is for
Hawkister is not a children's toy brand.
It's for teenagers and adults who solve, and for the people buying for them. Competitive speedcubers. Solvers chipping away at their own times. Collectors who want the puzzle nobody else has. And plenty of people who picked up a cube once, couldn't put it down, and are now three cubes deep.
That audience is underserved in India. Most cube listings here are built to sell to parents who don't know what they're looking at. We'd rather sell to people who do.
Challenge. Solve. Collect.
Three words, and they're in that order for a reason.
Challenge is why anyone picks up a cube. Something in front of you doesn't make sense yet.
Solve is the part that hooks you. Not the first solve — the fortieth, when you find two seconds you didn't know were there.
Collect is what happens after. The 3x3 becomes a Megaminx, becomes a Square-1, becomes a shelf.
Everything we stock sits somewhere on that path.
Where this goes
Right now Hawkister is a cube and puzzle brand. The catalogue will grow along the same line — more puzzle types, more collectible pieces, more of the hardware serious solvers ask for.
What won't change is how stock gets chosen. If it doesn't solve well, we don't list it.
